Endless Line! Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy for Endless Line!

Last updated: 19 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Endless Line! (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), developed by MaxAl (Dajan Vulaj), handles information when you use it. By downloading or using the App you agree to the practices described here.

We built Endless Line! to respect your privacy. We do not run our own servers, we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contact details. The limited data that is processed is handled by trusted third‑party services (Google and Apple) as described below, mainly to show ads and to save your high score online.

1. Information we collect and how it is used

a) Information you provide

None. The App has no sign‑up, login, or forms. You never give us personal details directly.

b) Information stored on your device

The App saves the following locally on your device (using standard on‑device storage) and does not transmit it to us:

  • Your best score.
  • Your settings (sound on/off, and similar preferences).

This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

c) Advertising data (Google AdMob)

The App displays ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process:

  • A device advertising identifier (e.g., Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA).
  • IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it.
  • Device and app information (device model, operating system, app version, language, and similar technical data).
  • Ad interaction data (ads shown, taps, and basic performance metrics).

This information is used to deliver ads (personalized or non‑personalized, depending on your consent and settings), to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure ad performance, and to detect fraud and abuse. This processing is carried out by Google as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

d) Google Play Games / Apple Game Center

If your device is signed in to Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS), the App uses these services to save your best score online and to power leaderboards. In that case the platform may process your player ID / gamertag and your score. This is handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies and settings; you can control it from your device’s Google Play Games or Game Center settings.

We do not receive or store this data on our own servers.

2. Third‑party services

The App relies on the following third‑party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

ServicePurposePrivacy Policy
Google AdMob (Google LLC)Advertisinghttps://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Google Play Games Services (Google LLC)Online scores / leaderboards (Android)https://policies.google.com/privacy
Apple Game Center (Apple Inc.)Online scores / leaderboards (iOS)https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

We encourage you to review those policies to understand how Google and Apple process data.

3. Advertising choices and consent

  • European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland: where required, the App uses Google’s certified consent management (UMP) to ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change or withdraw consent at any time; if you decline, you will see non‑personalized ads.
  • iOS (App Tracking Transparency): on supported iOS versions the App may ask for permission to track. If you decline, ads are non‑personalized. You can change this later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Reset or limit your advertising ID:
    • Android: Settings → Google → Ads.
    • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising / Tracking.
  • You can opt out of personalized Google ads at https://adssettings.google.com.

4. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing. Data is only processed by the service providers listed above (Google and Apple) to operate the features they provide (ads and online scores).

5. Data retention

  • Data stored on your device (best score, settings) remains until you clear the app data or uninstall the App.
  • Data processed by Google and Apple is retained according to their respective policies. Please refer to their privacy policies for details.

6. Security

We rely on the security measures of the platforms and services we use (Google and Apple). No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but these providers apply industry‑standard protections.

7. Children’s privacy

Endless Line! is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the ad or platform services, please contact us and we will work with the relevant provider to address it. Where required, ads shown to users identified as children are limited to non‑personalized ads.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its processing, and to object to certain uses (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California).

Because most data is processed directly by Google and Apple, you can exercise many of these rights through their tools and settings (linked above). You can also delete all data the App stores on your device by uninstalling it. For any request that concerns us directly, contact us using the details below.

9. International data transfers

Google and Apple may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Those transfers are handled by the respective providers under appropriate safeguards described in their privacy policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be noted in the App or its store listing. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
